Australian Airconditioning Services secured the high profile thermal plant replacement project. Works included the removal and replacement of the existing chillers & cooling towers, with the installation being conducted without interference to occupied building activity and minimal disruption to staff. Multiple specialist subcontractors were engaged to carry out alterations, installation of new units, electrical changes and variety of building works. Planning included consideration of occupants daily routines, input by all stakeholders with reference to noise and access. High emphasis placed on coordination and increased safety awareness required due to crane lifting. Strict adherence to time frames ensured the completion date was achieved.

HVAC Equipment – 3 x Carrier water cooled screw chillers, 2 Baltimore Aircoil cooling towers, KSB pumps & Distech controls. Commissioning of newly installed systems & ongoing defects maintenance.
