Australian Airconditioning Services were awarded the Building & Mechanical Services refurbishment project for the Flight Training School RAAF Pearce Airbase. Working closely with Ong Teng Chong Building Contractor PTE Ltd Singapore, Urban 3 Architects & the Republic of Singapore Air Force, building refurbishment works included construction of new offices, mess areas, flight control centre’s & training rooms, installation of new flooring & supply of new office furniture. Mechanical services installation, Electrical works including lighting & power, telecommunications & data installations were completed. Scheduling of works & close onsite liaison ensured minimal disruption to Flight Training. The project was completed ahead of schedule & within budget.
